Strawberry Layer Cream
 
Ingredients :
Custard Powder-3tbsp(vanilla),Strawberries-1 cup,Milk-21/4 cup,Sugar-1/3 cup,Marie biscuits-10,Wafer biscuits-few.

Preparation :
Crush the strawberries,reserving a few for garnishing.In a bowl,mix 1/4 cup milk with the custard powder.Heat the remaining milk with the sugar,and bring to a boil.Reduce the heat and add the custard powder mix.Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.Stir till cool.Take 3 tall glasses,drop a few crushed strawberries.Over this,sprinkle a little crushed biscuit mixture.Spoon half the custard into the glassesand again over this place the mixture from the strawberries to the custard.Top with a strawberry and serve with wafer biscuits,when chilled.

Eggless Pineapple Souffle 
Ingredients :
2 tsp heaped gelatine;1/2 tin condensed milk,3tsp lemon juice,1/3 cup water,250g cream,1 tbsp powdered sugar,1 1/2 tsp pineapple essence,a few drops of yellow colour,1 small tin of pineapple slices-at room temperature.

Preparation :
Mix gelatine with 1/2 cup water.Heat on low heat stirring continuously till it dissolves.Beat condensed milk till light and creamy.Put 3 tsp of lemon juice in a cup.Fill the cup with pineapple syrup from the tin.Chop 3 slices of pineapples finely.Add the pineapples syrup and the chopped pineapple pieces to the condensed milk.Add 1/3 cup of water also.Pour the gelatine solution into the condensed milk mixture,stirring continuously.Put in the freezer till thick.Be careful not to set it by keeping it for too long in the freezer(1/2 hr).Remove from freezer and beat till smooth.Add 200 g of cream ,keeping aside50g for decoration.Add essence and colour.Beat well and put it back in the freezer for 15-20min.Remove from freezer,beat once again.Pour into a serving dish and freeze for 1 hour till set.Remove from freezer.Decorate with glace cherries and whipped cream.Keep in the fridge till serving time.
