| Ingredients : |
| 4 cups green peas(shelled), 1/2 cup butter, 2 tbsp vegetable stock, 1/2 tsp sugar, a pinch of chilli powder, 2 tbsp lettuce(chopped), 1 cup sour cream, salt to taste. |

| Preparation : |
| Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook until the peas are tender.Pour the mixture in the lettuce leaves and continue to cook over a medium flame for another minute.Add the cream and stir gently.Serve. |

| 4-5 potatoes(boiled), 3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper, salt to taste. |

| Preparation : |
| Peel and mash the potatoes.Heat the oil and melt the butter in a skillet.Mix in the mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.Press the potatoes into a smooth cake with the back of a large spoon and cook over a medium flame until heated through for 5 minutes so that a crispy brown crust is formed on the bottom.Loosen edges with a spatula.Place a plate over the skillet and invert to transfer potato cake to serving plate,the browned side up. |
